April – May

·                     Information Booklet and Uniform Requirements - we will be sharing a welcome booklet with key information, including uniform and non-uniform requirements. 

·                     Welcome Letter from Mr Griffith - your child will receive a personalised letter from Mr Griffith. In the envelope, your child will also have an "All About Me" form that we ask them to complete and bring along to their transition days in July. 

·                     Student Registration Form - a link will be sent via e mail. We kindly ask you to complete this form by Friday 19^th June 2026.

June 

·                     Primary Visits - a member of the transition team will meet with your child and their teachers at their primary school to get to know a bit about them.

·                     PTA Uniform Sale - Friday 19^th June 4pm-6pm - the PTA will be on site to sell pre-loved uniform.

·                     Billings and Edmonds Uniform Sale - Thursday 25^th June - by appointment only. To book an appointment, please visit the Ranelagh page on the Billings and Edmonds website. 

·                     Welcome Evening - Thursday 25^th June 6.30pm - Mr Griffith will be sharing some key information with new parents. Students are not expected to attend. 

July

·                     Transition Day 1  -  Wednesday 1^st July 10am-3.35pm

·                     Transition Day 2  -  Thursday 2^nd July 10am-3.35pm

·                     Please bring a pen and water bottle and wear your primary school uniform for the transition days. Please also bring a packed lunch and snack for the first day.

September

·                     Start of Term - Thursday 3^rd September and Friday 4^th September (year 7 only)

·                     Start of Term for Whole School - Monday 7^th September
